About Me:

Hi, my name is Julie Ong. I'm currently attending Garden Grove High School.  I'm proud to be the class of 2012! My long term goal is to go to a community college like Cypress, and then transfer to a 4 year college like Cal State Long Beach. I want to major in a teaching career.

I enjoy playing billiards and volleyball. Billiards is fun because it's about being skilled and it takes time to improve. Volleyball is an enjoyable sport to play because it helps me be more active. By next season, I'm planing to try out for my school's volleyball team. Hopefully I make it!

My favorite type of food to eat are Thai food and Korean BBQ. My favorite Thai food restaurant is called "Thai Princess." My favorite dish is the Chicken Pad Thai. My favorite Korean BBQ restaurant is called "Past Memories." My favorite dish is the Korean BBQ Ribs.

What I learned about resumes and job applications:

- I learn that resumes are suppose to look professional and well presented.
- I learned to write on the lines on a job application instead of writing it in  the big space. I also learn that I'm not suppose to abbreviate any words.
